Hello, Friend
— You Found Me! I’m Katy — an energetic, fun-loving yoga teacher and personal trainer with a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and helping others live vibrant, balanced lives.
My yoga journey began when my mom took me to my first Vinyasa Flow class in 2009 — I was instantly captivated by the movement, challenge, and peace it brought.
I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training in October 2010, and since then, I’ve pursued numerous advanced trainings that continue to shape both my practice and my teaching.
Over the years, I’ve had the joy of leading workshops, retreats, and classes that bring people together to move, grow, and connect. My goal in every offering is to cultivate community — creating spaces where people can feel grounded, inspired, and in harmony with themselves and one another.
In January 2023, I expanded my love for wellness by becoming a certified Personal Trainer, blending yoga, fitness, and mindset work to help others build strength, confidence, and a lifestyle they truly love.
Outside the studio or gym, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors, creating art, diving into photography, listening to inspiring podcasts, making healthy meals, taking trips to the beach or spending time with my family, friends, and my beloved pups.
I also have an endless love for animals and dedicate my time to volunteering and helping them whenever I can. My mission is to inspire others to move with purpose, live with joy, and embrace life with an open heart. You deserve to feel happy, healthy, and connected — body, mind, and soul.
